After Mumbai, Food Hospitality World, the international trade show for food and agricultural industry and professional hospitality, made a stop in Bangalore from June 21st through 23rd, and recorded successful figures: 8,000 gross square meters, 300 exhibitors, and over 4,000 visitors. More than 30 Italian companies landed in India thanks to Fiera Milano: F. Divella, OMAS, Pastificio di Chiavenna, Lavazza, WMF, Bunn, and many more.

Like the January event, the match-making formula was the strong point of the exhibition: a full schedule of customized meetings with the most important key buyers of the Indian Ho.Re.Ca. distributors and retailers at the fair. To further strengthen this formula, a networking dinner with international buyers was organized: top importers of food products, wine importers, wholesalers representing hotel chains, hotels, airline companies.

Great interest was aroused also by collateral events to the exhibition, such as Chef Connection, Hospitality Think Tank, and Hospitality Knowledge Exchange.

The next Food Hospitality World will be held in Guangzhou, China, from November 29th through December 1st, 2012.
