MACEF explains How To do It

The new event dedicated to knowing about excellent kitchen, table and food products is called ComeSiFa , when Macef exhibitors will be asked to explain their products via live demonstrations.


This original idea follows in the tradition of Macef in Town, in its third edition, after the debut at the Sidecar temporary shop in Corso Garibaldi (September 2009) and the exhibition with a charity auction at the Milan Triennale (January 2010).

ComeSiFa is an event all based on story-telling, where the display of the products is accompanied by a practical demonstration of what they are, what they do and how they work.


The aim is to creatively communicate the product, via its multi-faceted nature: the story of the project, how it is produced, functions, ingredients, traceability and the quality of the raw materials in the food, traditions in the preparation of dishes, communication tools and instructions for use, after sales care, maintenance and recycling.
